The Villa

Ydorilion Suites are located in one of the most privileged areas of Preveza, just 3 minutes from the city center and only 1 minute from the beach, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to everything you need.

The property consists of two independent apartments:

Ydorilion Suite “L”, which features a private balcony, ideal for relaxing with your coffee or enjoying your meals surrounded by the eucalyptus forest.

Ydorilion Suite “R”, which offers a private yard, providing a peaceful outdoor space for relaxation and leisure.

Each suite includes one bedroom with a double bed, while the living room is equipped with a sofa-bed, comfortably accommodating additional guests. The living room is an open-plan space shared with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

The kitchens include cooking utensils, an electric stove, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The beautiful beach of Kiani Akti is just steps away. Guests can choose to relax at an organized beach bar or enjoy the more secluded small bays along the coastline, all within easy walking distance.
