On the first floor you will find three additional bedrooms with two additional bathrooms. Enjoy the garden with the barbecue area or just walk to the private beach that offers a view of the city of Preveza.

The semi-basement is another independent apartment, separated from the rest of the villa by a different door used by the owner.
