The elegant “Utopia Seaside Apartment ” is advantageously located 200m from the Kanali Beach in Preveza. It is a newly built apartment, overlooking the Ionian Sea.
The Villa
The minimal decorated apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests,includes a fully equipped kitchen,a balcony overlooking the sea, 2 bedrooms with double beds (we can put an extra fold-up single bed for fifth person),a spacious living-room with smartTV (the sixth person on the big sofa),dining area and airconditioning in every room.
Upon arrival, there is a welcome basket. Guests will be provided high-quality linen (sheets and towels) by “Artisti Italiani”. There is free access to Wi-Fi. The apartment is suitable for couples, families and friends. The city of Preveza and coastal Parga are 15km and 45km respectively from the apartment. Lefkada which is connected to the mainland via a bridge, can be reached by car in 25 minutes.
